This is the same as what happened with NWE a month ago when they announced the flow test results that had been delayed for 6 months, that were a company maker. With a long wait for an announcement such as this mining license a lot of people will have set this announcement as the milestone upon which they will cash in. I believe retail holders are cashing in upon this milestone. NWE is still 20% down from the spike on their announcement but they have no forthcoming news in next 6 months. Hopefully AVZ will rerate in the near short term.
