Ryzie if there is a MC of $30mil, then basically any buyer would be getting a bonus of $12mil for DSB, $3mil in bank, and then paying $0 for an established company, with apps etc and turning over $12mil etc per year.
Even if you look at $60mil MC, that's only leaving $15mil for the actual IOU business, taking out value of DSB&cash. That is a ratio of 1.5...
