Looks like they complete roughly 6% on average of total project completion per month.
I'm not sure how they have quantified the % values they have come to but by continuing this 6% average, we're looking at reaching 100% completion in another 5 months (November). It's difficult to see 25% getting done by 30 June.
Does commencement of production require 100% completion? Hard to say.
