Also roughly around that time:
- Chairman sold a large number of shares
- UBS start acquiring massively and did so for months (may still be?)
- Institutions started taking positions (vanguard, blackrock, etc)
- Big pharma began appearing publicly on the scene
I'm sure none of this is related to the consistent downtrend since, just all amazingly lucky timing.
