I take on board 2 points.

the tribunal decision has been forwarded by 1 minister to another for review. That second minister happens to be the equivalent of policing and investigation. Having been part of those enquires in AU, generally means something not right.

the second Is the date of the so called transfer, 21 November. I was under the impression the 15% could not be sold, unless a decision had been made to mine.
