Perhaps 'dispute' is a better term to describe the current situation (rather than 'legal dispute'), prior to mounting an actual legal challenge.
AVZ states that it may seek "international law remedies", hinting that any domestic challenge within DRC will not be favourable to AVZ.
My best guess is that - if it eventuates - it will be a long, costly drawn out matter.
