He saw 4DS as an ego boosting role providing a fantastic revenue stream, which was funded 100% by shareholders. The BOD decided his time was done, so he threw a tantrum and tried to dump all of his stock. The BOD radically modified the staff trading policy to mitigate the damage.
Since he left he has entered into discourse which almost certainly would be prohibited under his previous employment terms.
He has dumped millions of shares at prices similar to the current trading range.
