Lol. This is my point. AVZ management are saying one thing but also acknowledging that the tribunal judgement exists.

Why state that there is an appeals process if it doesn't mean anything? Why would they need to appeal a tribunal judgement that has no impact on anything?

Maybe the tribunal judgement doesn't change anything currently but could it lay the foundation for further legal challenges..?

If you don't think this is a worry then that's fine.

I'm not a trusting person when it comes to ASX listed stocks. Always need to read between the lines and not take management on face value...
