The approach taken by AVZ the end game is

• AVZ 66%
• CATH 24%
• Government of the Congo 10%
• $240 million in the bank from sale of 24% to CATH

We will soon find out what the 15% is going to cost AVZ, however under the agreement and backed up by the mining code Dathcom cannot go to another third part to sell the 15%.

all will become very clear in the next 4 to 6 weeks + or - Congo time!
