Some very exciting comments on the RIU Presentation released today for Siren Gold shareholders.
The fact that Siren Gold's Alexander RIver, Big River Lyell and St George high grade gold prospects where formed with their sister deposit the legendary Fosterville Gold deposit is again highlighted below.
Same lithology, same geological structures, same mineralogy.
Next door to Siren Gold is Eric Sprott ( he owns Kirkland Lake Fosterville and Queensway New Found Gold).
Listen to what he says about Fosterville and Queensway in the video below.
Siren Gold will be releasing their Maiden High Grade Gold JORC this month.
Targeting between 500,000Oz and 700,000Oz at 5-7g/t down only 500metres from surface.
With drilling continuing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week beneath this 500metre depth, down to 1,200metres where the gold grades rise significantly.
Siren Gold discovered now well known in the industry 2.5m @ 358g/t in its deepest hole yet, 500metres from surface. (which included the 1,460g/t intercept)
The beauty about Alexander and Big River is the angle the high grade gold lodes are on.
You can mine 2kms of high grade gold quartz and you are still only down 1km from surface, in structurally controlled gold. eg excellent strip ratios.
You can clearly see the same bonanza+grade gold in stibnite/antimony at Big River, as there is at Fosterville and Alexander RIver.
Siren is targeting a combined potential 1.2millionOz to 1.7millionOz of gold JORC down 1km with this deeper drilling.
At the end of the day what are institutional investors looking for?
A gold mine that is highly profitable with strong cashflows, due to the high grade gold, low strip ratio, which leads to a very low AISC for a min of 10 yrs production.
Below are some production, AISC estimates and share price estimates at different gold prices and annual production levels.
If Siren does find their own Swan Zone, then the sky is the limit for Siren Gold like it was for Kirkland, where its share price rose from $C13 to $C70+ once they started mining the Swan Zone.
Currently sitting at $C10Billion market cap and peaked at $C14Billion in August 2020.
I'm looking forward to seeing what they find in this zone here at Alexander RIver as the heavy duty drill rig that can drill down 1,200metres continually hits this area and around it.
