I see it as a positive… that’s getting even more interesting.
if they manage to raise Capital from a major institution in the USA this could be a huge catalyst.
if they release a crappy offer we are game over but I don’t see it possible due to the majority shareholders having a major skin in the game.
that’s going to be interesting.
