I'm not keen to sell at $3, but lets be realistic. It appears AU$2.50 has been the approx weekly ceiling for this stock over the last two years, whilst an $8.00 broker target seems rather ambitious in the short term, given we've still further dilution to come from conversion of options / warrants and CR's. So if we receive a TO around halfway e.g. ~AU$5.00 (that's ~3x for me as I averaged down a lot last month), then I'd be happy. HCH should be valued much higher, in comparison to our peers, but IMO the Canadian CR killed us in terms of SP momentum, dilution and unnecessary overhang due to the outstanding warrants.

Thus I suspect our SP will continue to be cactus over the next month or two whilst the remaining options are converted and more stock is dumped on market to cover and/or for quick gains following their conversion. We've a fundamentally solid resource, which is why I still here, but have been hamstrung by poor financial management / negotiation regarding previous CR's. Hopefully our new Chair (NAB) can set HCH on a new path with respect to future corporate finance dealings, and the upcoming PEA and PFS meet or exceed market expectations.
