    The Top 20 only hold 27%, so it is not tightly held, far from it.

    The register lacks institutions and is fairly open.

    IMO it is very much open to an aggressor.

    A 50 cent offer would be at 67% above the current price of 30.

    If 50 cents is far to cheap then what is 30 cents!?
