Have listened to Mr Black’s bullish predictions about Sangdong startup for 2 years now. I understand that banks move slowly but this delay means their capex of $75m will probably not get them to the finishing line given the incredible cost pressures in mining and inflation in general. In reality their capex is going to be $100-150 million. That is my 2 cents worth and I could be wrong.
