    Yep totally crazy. Even from the point of view of a partner or a buyout (staged by milestones or in full), surely EMP is worth $30m-$50m mc just to ensure gas supply, or that no gas play is possible in Victoria that is a potential competition allowing for price premiums for the existing players in the region. A tax right off even makes sense just for the potential.
