I should of been more clearer in my post as it was a hypothetical situation. Speculative companies will need money at times to progress with their plans & you can invest in that said company disregarding the share price & backing management in or buying at cheaper prices & making a little bit more. My preference Is for the company to use the funds not swap between unrelated parties. Cheers
