Yes, and someone posted a screenshot of all the 1234 and 12345 and 54321 orders lined up pre-open on a Monday.
IIRC, trading opened higher and none of the buy orders were executed?
I think it's illegal if the participants control more than 5% but haven't notified the company that they've become associates.
And that it's irrelevant to the illegality whether the orders are executed or not.
