Hi Hunter, I don't know why your getting so aggressive. I'm not sure which list your classifying as dodgy, but in the list I put up....if you add all the 'Mann' percentage's together it comes to 9.26%
So maybe that's where someone is getting the 9% from?
As long as they don't have over 5% in an account, you won't get a substantial holding update....that's how I understand it.
Happy for you to point me in the right direction if I'm wrong.
