Pretty normal for SP to drop to discounted placement level for the period of the offer. At the moment holders who got in at 20c can sell them off at pure profit only to be topped back up at offer close. If they’re a soph and a shortfall is in the offing, and they have an (albeit unofficial) preferred status, it’s very easy to manipulate this. Wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Hancock was doing this himself lol.
