The signs are all there to see…it’s just that we lack conviction and we remain steadfast to hope (just like Powell hoping inflation can go lower without doing enough ) ..in such situations, smart money tend to exit faster because retail investors continue to listen to mainstream mantra and news coverage that all remains good despite those signs.
We can go downhill very fast from here , all that is needed is mass capitulation …as the narrative gets louder and start to reach more people , you’d expect more outflows than inflows .
If you want to know how bearish I am now, my holding is just over 5pc of the height of my equity allocation and more than half of that is BBUS/BBOZ hedge.
