Good question...price action would indicate not although LFS have voted to issue the shares and discussed the very positive impact that the acquisition will have on their performance, and that was at the AGM only a couple of weeks back, so from their perspective it is going ahead...and the agreement has been described as binding by HUM in its letter to shareholders of the 3rd May, when they announced the delay for documentation to the end of May, one month slippage.
So all go...
