I did work on it post the deal was announced but came to the above conclusion. It's always good practice to continue following and see if your assessment was correct.
Would just caution anyone to do the numbers and make rational assumptions on what sensible values are for LFS rather than just looking at the LFS share price.
If you independantly valued LFS based on it's financials & comparables, then you'll get a very different number to it's current share price. However, I think the catalyst for LFS being valued fairly, is this deal which will bring on real liquidity and price discovery.
After doing this work, your buy price for HUM will also be far below it's current price.
