    I have another, faster way for you to sort yourself out:
    1) Contact COMMSEC or CMC to source your HIN. Ask them to supply it in the X000 format.
    2) Create a new account on computershare and enter your x000[HIN number]
    3) Once you are logged in > Go to Documents
    4) In there you will find the offer letter + BPAY information for you to submit the $$$ to.
