Capital raise prior to funding announcement will be a big conflict of interest . Any investor who would write a check of $2/3/4 or 5mn now will like to know update on finance talks .

I am happy to fund $1mn if they come to me and if I know the finance milestones are on track .

$1mn invested now will be $10mn in few months .

Best is to approach the lending parties who are most likely financing . They will bloody make more in share price spike than what they will make in interest over period of loan…

haha , definitely loads going on behind the scenes and lot of these funds / investors will be on a great ticket if the capital raise is prior to finance update .
