When I see a chart like AXE’s, the phrase “gone to sleep” comes to mind. The SP just drifts slowly down over time, usually with no news, but even with the good news we have had lately Archer just grinds lower. I just believe that the longer a stock has slept, the bigger the commotion when it wakes up!
