Remember that we have angry posters here already indicating they will vote against the "performance rights" resolutions. That is probably over 10% now.
Most shareholders don't post on HC and I suspect, given the companies withdrawal of the resolutions last time they were put forward, they are equally upset with the resolutions as well. We are not going to be alone in voting against the resolutions.
Maybe there will not be enough to stop them but I reckon the numbers of NO votes will be very high. Certainly send a message but maybe do the trick of voting them down as well. I have not abandoned hope at all.
Even if holders are not offended by the resolutions, 5% of the companies shares as freebies to half a dozen or so board members will be some incentive.
