@crarg; when asked what Labor would do about Morrison's irresponsible decision as then Treasurer to sign off on flogging off the Port of Darwin to China for peanuts, Albanese indicated that he would be investigating the details to see what could be done.
If Labor is able to cancel that 99 year lease it would be yet another case wherein Morrison signed Australia up to a major contract only for that contract later to be cancelled / revoked / scuttled / dishonoured with consequent $Billions in break fee penalties.
