It's becoming a real concern. A year ago I thought we have Dubbo funding secured. Instead others like Iluka have leapfrogged us. The Korean consortium have almost certainly lost interest. Why would they pay over 350 million AUD for 20% of Dubbo when the whole company is capitalised at 850 mill? David Woodall has clearly failed to close negotiations and deliver an outcome. Some people can sell , others can't. This is the most mature REE development in Australia and it's being left behind. We need a new advocate who can make things happen. On the technical side Dave is fine but he hasn't been able to deliver what's most important.
