I read through the 35 pages long Boatman Report on AVZ Minerals in July 2019. Link here

Apart from Dathomir being the shell company, Cong Mao Huai having a close relationship with DRC authorities and he is called the 'godfather' of Chinese mining deals in DRC, my largest concern is that:

According to AVZ 2018 annual report Link here, Dathomir Mining Resources was one of our substantial shareholders holding 240m shares or 12.71%. It also shows on page 16 in Feb 2019 SPP Prospectus Link here.

Can someone please remind me of where Dathomir went?

I didn't find an announcement saying something like 'Dathomir ceasing to be a substantial holder.'
