AGM: Support Resolutions 6 & 8, page-52

There were some willing moments at the last AGM that's for sure. AF attended last year as a shareholder and at one point he actually reminded Max that as he was a director he had a fiduciary duty to the company!!

But before the formal meeting started, even though he is a director and the chairman of TON, Max tried to sit in the general seats among the shareholders. Patrick Burke had to beckon him to the top table to sit with the other directors and after that he sat with his head bowed for most of the time. He gave the impression that he didn't want to be anywhere near that meeting.

The way the votes went down was appalling. The way in which one shareholder in particular voted was utterly without principle.
