It's a reasonable discount at a time where markets are downtrending. Director participation for ONE THIRD of the total raised is fantastic.
The raise was upscaled from $1.5M to $2.4M as it was received very well. Confidence in this current market is key and a directyor buying in further at this level and time is a massive boost for all of us shareholders. Holding.
