AVZ Purchases extra 15% Stake

There is no reason to believe AVZ dont have a 75% stake, they are mentioned on many occasions over the last few years about there intentions to aquire the 15%, and even went as far as to have a capital raising and exercising options to purchase the equity. Clearly states here in this announcement that share certificates have been awarded and registered at the courts.
Clearly the other party are not happy about giving away there stake at such a low price and are having a sook about it.

So even without this other 15% thats being disputed, AVZ STILL have 75% ownership unless someone can show me otherwise.
