totally agree with you there mate, as I am the same and run my business had 8 leave since november only been able to replace 3 atm the good ones are hard to come by. Like You I think that was my concern as someone good to come into that position could be hard to come by and I hope you are right, hope they have some good connections in that field. we just dont need any more delays thats for sure.
