I stated here before and saying it again, there's no way AVZ ownership of the project will be below 51%. The CATL agreement will only goes through if AVZ 100% ( not 99.9999999%) certains of the Dathomir 15% and Cominiere 15% issues. Otherwise, it won't.
Unless there's a hostile T/O from the Chinese and shareholders vote to approve the low balling offer.
