No , you dont understand the basics. What has been the increase in the Australian CPI for Health over the last 10 years ? You and your team will scramble to find this but the index has risen from 100 ( base year 2011-2012 ) to 146.3 Dec 2021. Lets call it 140 in 2020https://www.ceicdata.com/en/australia/consumer-price-index-201112100/cpi-health What does that mean ? Now the Spend per capita on Health is what over that time ?https://www.statista.com/statistics/628559/australia-health-expenditure-per-capita/ Its gone from $5,550 per capita in 2010 to $7926 per capita in 2020 . What % rise is that ? Well its only about 43%. So we have Australian CPI for Health rising by about 40% and we have the spend to 2020 as about 43% . So the Libs have only spent about 3% more over 10 years above Health inflation. Mate , they have barely stood still.
