Not sure why or how quality REIT's such WPR have been sold off so violently.
Yes inflationary pressures and Macro volatility but i would have thought stocks such as this trading at a 25% discount
to NTA, returning 6% yield and low debt by comparison would have been an investors capital preservation safehaven.....
No Goodwill BS here, simply a NTA per share of $2.95, long WALE's, and Annual CPI rent increases.
The sell off has got me stumped....
