I really think you should get professional help rather than clogging up this thread, you talk of leaving for 2 days than hours later you are posting incessantly.
As for you trading, you mentioned you are trading SYA to help with cash flow, when SYA started trending down from 39 cents using a non emotional stop loss of 10%, 20% you would of got much better prices than 25cents or so.
Blind Freddy can see the whole world market is on the nose and not many shares are getting spared.
