Changed the subject as it was a little harsh now the detail has moved on and added a few ++ just for fun.
Will be on the phone tonight to try and find out where the testing occurred and what packaging / procedural recomendations etc were recommended as it won't be to hard to see where the navy recruits are inducted and they will have had to make a declaration to the recruits.
