Barry definitely says that $200M will be debt financing, $50M will be some form of mezzanine financing [he mentions a deal... maybe offtake].
Then IF further funds are required, they will go to existing shareholders as they have supported the company and he wants to respect that.
It sounds like the $200M could be nearly complete and the $50M is still in negotiation?
All in all, I trust this team to do what they have said they will do... good on ya Barry!
