    Peter has done a great job and i think that if they do go for a consolidation, it wont be prior to DFS ( due late in the year ) and it will be done
    in conjunction with a financing deal.
    Historically, MGT SPP's have been a huge success and so will this one.
    Have been in MGT since the dark days, willing to wait another 2 years for the big payday.

    My opinion only as always.
