Not as bad as i thought .
this all makes sense and a minor hiccup in the overall scheme of things.
this explains moving Ben to GM role .
What blows my mind is why is ASIC intervening now after 4 years . If the LG deadline is due and the past news isn’t material as SKI offtake anyhow lapsed & now going after the Company and MD is going to hurt the shareholders more at this crucial time .
They could have rather reviewed the actual update on finance negotiations and if there was something concrete building up they should have encouraged company to release that news instead of going after an Ommission on material update ( which anyhow was immaterial due to offtake not proceeding).
This whole red tapism is a big sham ♂️
