Whatever you reckon mate-we'll agree to disagree...especially over your position in connection with that NATO rundown and summary and it's relationship with Russia, Putin's claims and their comprehensive responses to each of them.
All of which are backed up and supported by the necessary, widely recognised and accepted norms of the various Agreements, undertakings, responsibilities, commitments which are clearly laid out in those agreements and undertakings etc for each of the parties and subject to international law which were freely and openly negotiated and agreed to, with and by Russia and NATO previously as the documentation shows.

For him to actually claim NATO has broken or betrayed their part of the bargain in those areas he does is truly astonishing I think when you consider the detail and explanation NATO provides, the background, circumstances, events and facts.

I'd wager he'll be at very long odds to win any action brought against 'his' Federation over any breaches of them, especially now that he's really doubled down on his previous breaches, well beyond the point of no return now I'm guessing and I'd recommend you don't visit the Betfair website to put a few reddies on him in any actions which might be brought, no matter how attractive the odds. Open and shut case from what I can see.

How you can label such material as 'propaganda' is frankly beyond me. Anyway good luck to you in your apparent ? search for the blissful world of anarchy or one completely run and dominated by corrupt Tyrants, Despots, Dictators and Standover Merchants if that's what you really seek.
