I have answered it many times. You appear to dislike the answer. 11 cents or $34 million market cap (11 cents * amount of share capital) is the bearish resistance level.

There was more volume at 20 cent, the prior bearish resistance and less volume at 11 cents. If using Chaikin Oscillator, trading between 11 cents and 20 cents would be an unnerving time depending on the daily volume during those levels.

European trading is higher so the selling across the market may have been overdone. I thought Wall Street yesterday afternoon was way too skittish. Hudson Yards Edge is going well, Beijing on the ropes, Wall Street might have better days ahead as the market may have bottomed.

That might blow back positively for NOV in short term, The geopolitical risk post May 21 would still remain.
