I Tried : Tonik Nutrition Plant Protein Bars

Tonik Nutrition Plant Protein Bars , Vegan Choc Fudge hit Coles in my area today , and here is my impressions :-




First of all the price is 4.5$ , if you are buying a Box it will be 3.75$ , it's bit expensive if you are buying only one Bar .
Second there is so many positives of this product :-
1- Nothing allergic other than Soy , so it's Vegan + Gluten free which mean it's one of the unique bars in the market .
2- Cabs are 4.6g per serve and Sugars are 0.9g per serve , also good averages .
3- Fibre 6.8g , Fat 7.9g ( 3.4g Saturated )
4- Protein 12.5g ( Atkins Protein Bar Caramel Chocolate Nut got only 7.3g )
Third it's seriously tasty , I used to have the subercubes bars every day , but this one is better , still miss my Coffee one from suber cube , but i think i will order some boxes and enroll those on my breakfast .
