on the contrary, Jeromy’s departure from the executive makes corporate integration of Black Magic Design with Atomos much more likely.
Grant Pretty may even have intended to list Black Magic Design publicly right about now, as this would make raising capital easier in the current climate and also provide shareholder liquidity
thus a reverse takeover of Atomos by Black Magic Design is very likely given the perfect storm that has ensued in recent weeks
this is my take on things. and the window for it is now.
