It needs to be called out; CVN management have handled the business since the PAVO oil discovery well below expectations.

I have seen posters blame for the massive S/P drop:

• inflation & interest rate rises - what, from 0.1% to 0.35% (you can't be serious)
• the Russian invasion - nope, oil prices have steeply risen since than.
• slowness in the sign off by government agencies (you can't be serious).

It really comes down to how Cookie & partners have performed since the oil discovery, the CR was a sham to start the ball rolling.
