It does sound like a distraction from the main game but at least the chances are heavily skewed in our favour....
My take is that's literally a very desperate attempt by Jin cheng to get a slice of the action. Good news for us, they are falling over each other to get into a monster of all monster deposits.
in the meantime we have 75% and 51% (once CATH pays) and off we go minning.
