I suspect they are seeking arbitration in France becasue they have been stomped on in DRC. I don't know why anyone would step foot into an arbitration unless you have to becasue you never know what can happen even if you are confident. Its not like the ICC can override DRC law. They can only recommend.

Sounds like the fraudsters want a second go at finding a sympathiser. If they had real facts and data they would go to a real court not bodies (internal and external) trying to seek to "convince" the DRC gov.
