good to see various analysis from members, i dont have the time or brainpower to do such analysis so i absorb what is said and then apply that to my personal portfolio construction. Over the past few years i have owned large parcels MFG,Pendal,Janus Henderson as part of my diversification plan. I think they are valid investments but as we know the market can turn or the manager loses the plot ( MFG) so its a matter of monitoring them .
Currently i hold some residual MFG ( mostly got out last year at $60 odd) and GQG . I do think GQG is a good longer term investment as i like their investment approach and the fact that management/staff hold significant shares.
