In the slim chance that there may be some compensation due to share holders will it be for current holders only or those who held shares at the date wrong doing was done e.g a set record date ?
I sold out pretty well at the time the consolidation was announced over 2x separate sales (was going to keep some of the shares, but decided not to)......lost a good deal of $$.
